Default 08 Civic Si cracked block--need info on K20A versions

As stated in the subject line, I recently bought a 2008 Honda Civic Si sight unseen (like a dummy), and it immediately started overheating. Compression and leakdown tests are normal, so as far as I can tell there is a crack in the block or head--mixing coolant and oil, etc. It goes through about a gallon of coolant/water a week, so it's not going to last much longer.

I'm looking now for the 'best' way to fix it. The car is stock and has plenty of power, so I don't necessarily need the ITR engine (though an FD2 CTR engine would be heavenly if I could find one). I've found 02-06 ITR K20As for $3500-$4500 with transmissions, but that's steep.

I know the engine is the K20Z3 in the US, and elsewhere named differently. I found a JDM K20A (see below) that's within my budget, but it has a black valve/manifold cover. I called the seller, and they explained that I'd need to use all of my external/manifolds, but the engine and head are 'the same.' I asked what year/model it came out of, and he said there are too many JDM K20A applications to know.

So, in short, I'd like to know the specs on this engine and if it's *exactly* the same as my 08 K20Z3 (or ideally, better), or just 'will fit'?

Thanks in advance for any info.

the motor in picture is a k20a3..................sadly..
notice power steering pump/pulley? intake manifold etc.

it will work and bolt in. ecu would work but much less power.

Id say buy it if you get a cheap enough deal on it. iv seen the k20a3 go for $300 on CL and facebook marketplace. then rebuild yours or at least get the head cleaned up and checked then put on k20a3 block later.
