Icon5 Only drive side window rolls down / internior dome light issue - 2005 Accord EX

My friend who is an auto mechanic, but not super familiar with Honda's told me that it's a bad master window switch. Only the drive side and moonroof open and close. The other three windows do not open. But when I push one of the buttons for any of the three that do not work, you can hear a faint click near the window. I really miss being able to walk to my car on a hot day and having the windows rolled down automatically by holding down the unlock button. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Also, the front interior dome lights have stopped working. My mechanic said that I have to replace the dome light unit.

I am in the process of doing a front bumper. This is a DIY project for me because I simply can not afford to pay the auto body shop to do it right now. And from what I have read and watched on YouTube, it seems fairly straightforward. I am in the process of collecting all the necessary parts and hardware. I also plan to install two new headlamps. Can someone please recommend. I was only able to find one at OEM at the salvage yard and it looks like crap. I can not afford to buy OEM ones, so can anyone please recommend aftermarket ones that still look fairly stock? I have already purchased aftermarket left and right bumper filler side beams.
