alright. does anyone know where i can find bushing the lca? and suspension? what brand do you recommand and how much should i expet to pay

your best bet for the money is to get the ES suspension bushing kit. the stock LCA bushings from honda are like $15 each and at (3) per LCA, it adds up quick...

 

energy suspension is a pain in the *** to install have to lubricate bushing overnight and then pressed out with a hydraulic press no hammer or puller will do
if you don;t want to do that then its time to buy a new lca from honda

if he has to replace the bushings, pressing out the bushings is the hardest part. what he replaces the bushings with is the easier part. personally, i think putting in the ES bushings would be easier than putting in the stock bushings...

 

i'm not saying the stock bushings are better, just that replacing them period, is a pain in the ***. no matter if it is stock or ES

So basically to do this, you would need to pull all your suspension parts that have bushings, take it to a machine shop to get pressed out, then install the new ones? that sounds like a bitch. Probably pretty damn hard with limited tools/experience too.

 

ughhh, I am now dreading having to do that in the near future.

 

yep, that about sums it up.

luckily i have a friend who has a press so i did my rear LCAs when i replaced them. i also did the rear shocks at the same time.
