i have a B18C and I’m a little lost with the intake manifold hoses. I found diagrams online but they also have differences. Heres the first diagram.
The red circle has two outlets which motor has too. And the blue circle (thermostat housing) has 3 outlets but mine only has 2 (like the following diagram). In this diagram the red circle only has one outlet but my motor has 2 (like the previous diagram). Although the blue circle matches with my motor (like I said earlier).
It may be that my motor came with a difference thermostat but my question is where do I plug this hose since in the diagram it says I need to connect it to one of the outlets from the thermostat.

Reason: pictures not showing
1st things 1st...The parts schematic (above) is for a USDM B18C1 right?
Your text refers to a B18C. Because the "1" is missing, it must be a JDM block.

Not sure if its me but both diagrams where not showing. I hope I edited it correctly.
And I do have a B18C (not B18C1) but I've seen online they should be the same? Correct me if I'm wrong.
The swap also came with a skunk2 pro series intake manifold which Im using.
Here are more pictures showing how I'm connecting my hoses. Any help is appreciated.
Here is the link to the album because this website sucks at display images. The last photo is my thermostat housing showing how its missing the third outlet.
I went to an OEM online parts vender and found a photo of the thermostat, for a 2000 GS-r, but it's not the thermostat that you need to look at.

then 2000, then integra hatchback, then gs-r, then parts, then engine, then water (3).
In the upper right photo from the vendor......that mystery port of yours feeds the Water Inlet Hose (19527-p72-000) and that rubber water inlet hose is connected to the rather small steel (about 14" long with 2 separate "v" vertices) plumbing pipe, which most people remove when they install a CAI, from Ingen, or AEM, or Comtech (short air intake).

So I went to the website and looked up what you told me. That diagram showed a thermostat housing with 3 outlets but mine only has 2.
I'm going to follow this diagram which also says to connect the mystery hose how you're telling me too. The yellow circle, in the skunk2 intake manifold has 2 outlets. I'm going to just block off the smaller one.

Reason: added skunk2 intake manifold outlets

That diagram has a valve cover drawn in at the very top. Find the words Radiator Upper Hose and follow its line.
There are two outlets.
