What size should I get???? 15's or 16's??? What offset???? I have a 93 hb....

15's are your most common but i had 16's before they got stolen and i really like them, not to big and still light

 

what purpose is your civic gonna be used for?
track racing? drag? pimp style?

15's are most common and will work for all. but 16s will be fine for drag and pimp style. WOuldnt reccomend 16's for track racing

 

42mm - 45mm offsets should be fine.

If you are serious, 5X114.3 represents the number of lugs and spacing between each lug.
4X100 is a Civic.
5X114.3 is a 5 lug Type R.
