Looking to buy a front end camber kit for my 2007 civic si want some bang for my buck but don't want to buy anything cheap please help

I actually meant which camber arms to get but if I get camber arms do I still need the bolts?

 

You don't have camber arms for these cars... either you use the camber bolts or you get camber top plates.

I use both but that is because I run a lot of camber on my time attack car.

so I wouldn't need the upper camber arms just the bolts?

 

As Dave said, these cars don't run upper control arms. They have McPherson struts which only have the top locating bolts to fix the strut to the chassis. The lower control arm has the knuckle attached to it. You adjust camber through the angle of the strut to the chassis, hence the slide plates and bolts.
