I'm trying to register to use their site but they must not have paid their bill to captcha because is says it was shutdown and to contact the site owners. I can't contact any admins because I'm not registered and I can't register because the registration process is broken!

If you really need to contact a mod, best thing to do is probably get on the ep hatch facebook group, and ask over there. That's where the most traffic is, sadly.
