2006 Honda Ridgeline ac fan blows constsntly, whats up?

2006 Honda Ridgeline ac fan blows constsntly, whats up?
The fan blows at low speed constantly even with the ac off. when the ac is turned on the fan speed will not adjust. Am I dealing with a bad blower switch or something else?

Thanks for the info! I'm not that familiar with the Ridgeline "yet". The old lady just got one and it wasn't acting like a high speed blower relay problem. I'll try the blower resistor first! Thanks Again
