85 crx injectors not firing

85 crx injectors not firing
Just picked up an 85 crx as a hornet race car. I believe it has a 1.6 zc engine. We have great spark. Fuel to the rail. Runs if we put fuel down the intake but the injectors will not spray. Any ideas on where to start? Thanks for any help!
Also my CEL does not come on when I turn the ignition to on position if this leads to any ideas.
