Im a nut and make bad decisions
So i have a base model civic, i may have also purchased a a prelude from the same year, i have done some research on yeeting the b20a into my slow *** car, and so far ive discoverd i need motor mounts (This is exlucidng all the stuff i can steal from the prelude(harness computer trans(i have a cable trans from a b20b, that should work right) shift linkage and other garbage) Im also seeing if anybody else has done this.
the b series motor in that prelude you have is something special
its not like any other b series motor
not the same at all its set up like the accord would be
your b series trans out of a integra will not bolt up to this motor
the amount of work it would take to get the prelude b20 or b21 motor into a civic is the same as adding a h22 motor into it
the motor in the prelude is known as the bastard B
look it up on google youll see

Nobody else is interested in spending the extra time, effort and money to put a dud motor into a civic, when they can go with a lighter, more powerful motor that has huge aftermarket support. There's lots of reasons why people don't put them into civics, so you're probably not going to find much information.
Everything is of course possible, but when you go down these quaint routes you've got to expect to have to discover things on your own. Your best bet would be to research other B series swaps, and comparing the process with the motor you've got so you can realise just how different they are and what you'll need to make it work.
