Default 2006 Honda CR-V headlight problem

My driver side low beam and high beam are not working. I have replaced the bulb, checked the fuses, and tested the relay under the hood. All are good but both lights still not working on drivers side. Is there another relay? Not sure where to go from here,

Do you have a voltmeter for testing?

With the headlights switched on (low beam and then high beam), test for power (+) on the Red/Yel wires for the driver side bulb connector. Is there power there?

If not, then test for power at under-hood Fuse No. 15 with the headlights switched on.

As Tech8 has advised above, check for power at the 3 pin bulb plug and check that you have a good ground connection on the three pin plug at the same time you are testing for + (positive) power.
