My 2003 Honda CRV will jerk as I am coming to a stop. It will only happen once my car warms up. I can drive it first thing in the day and it won't happen until I've driven it a while or I let it idle for a bit in my driveway. For instance, (for diagnostic purposes) if I start my car in the morning, let it idle for 20 minutes in park, it will start happening once I start driving. I haven't had this particular problem myself, but from your video I'm thinking transmission - low or old fluid, speed sensor, some sort of transmission solenoid is messed up right when it's almost at a stop. Will you please keep us informed on what this one ends up being? Definitely curious.
