I'd probably try to find a new hatch and the thin metal trim piece below it at a junk yard though, that way you don't have to deal with hours of body work and can just repaint it. If the back of the trunk got pushed in you'll need to bang it out too to get the mount points for the tail lights and bumper back where they need to be.

Take it to a body shop and get a super high estimate then give that estimate to the guys insurance so they cut you a big fat check, cash the check and replace the trunk and bottom piece and have it repainted and you will have lots of money left for go fast or look good parts! or just extra cash!
