Car won't shut in to 1st 3rd or 5th

Car won't shut in to 1st 3rd or 5th
I have a 1993 honda accord lx 5 speed manual with a 2.2L. I have all my gears when I pull back 2nd 4th and reverse but it won't go into 1st 3rd and 5th could this be a linkage issue it happened while I was driving
