Default Honda CRV 1998 - White smoke from Exhaust Manifold

Have a Honda CRV 1998 model. When I start the car it runs at idle fine. After 5 minutes though I start seeing whiffs of white smoke coming up from around where the exhaust manifold connects to the engine block area. Temperature gauge is midway between hot and cold so am thinking its not overheating. Not sure though . Any advice

could just be the gasket leaking, you can seafoam it to get a better idea where exactly it's leaking or just replace the gasket and see if it continues
