Hi folks,
I am looking to upgrade the front seats in my 1997 Accord LX (4 door, 5-Speed) project car. This is to be a sleeper/cruiser. It is not my comp car. Can anyone tell me if the JDM or Euro R Recaros will fit in my car with the stock bracket or even with some kind of aftermarket universal slide bracket and hardware? Alternatively, if anyone has suggestions for some other make of seats, I would be grateful for the input. I'm looking for something with comparable firmness and lumbar support to the Recaros. The seats need to be reclineable and I don't care about compatibility with a 4 point harness as this car will not be used on the track or at any SCCA events. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

 

accord type r has same seat bottoms as accord.

accord will not fit integra/civic vs vice.

buy a fixed back bucket recaro used for $2xx. thank me later. much lighter and safer than folder seat
