Dave here - just picked up a 1-owner 02 Accord LX Sedan 5spd/4cyl to use as a commute ride. She has 126k total miles - motor was said to have been rebuilt 40k ago by the local Honda dealer after one of their Techs supposedly either forgot to refill oil after servicing or didn't add enough, causing engine damage. Clutch was replaced at same time at request of the owner. Motor is very quiet with no abnormal/weird noise and runs very well. Car needs tires, hubcaps or alloy wheels, a new windshield, and maybe a fresh battery. Paint is in surprisingly good condition for going on 16 years as is the interior except for bubbling rear window tint. Paid $2500 but I know the previous owner and know the car hasn't been abused.
