06 TSX door lock actuator
I have an 06 TSX. I just replaced the driver door lock actuator. Everything works except the lock won't activate from the key fob. However, It DOES unlock from the fob. the door panel switch will both lock and unlock all doors. pushing the lock mechanism down will lock all does. Pulling it up unlocks only the driver door. What am I missing?
a new key FOB (to unlock the door) and a change of settings in the steering controls to have all of the doors unlock, when you the the FOB to unlock all. Pulling on the driver' lock manually will only unblock that one door. That is the Acura design.
Thanks for the response. I appreciate it very much. I will probably end of buying another fob to make sure, however, I do currently have the two original fobs and both get the same response. The doors do not lock by remote. They do unlock correctly. I have it set to unlock the driver door only on the first press. A second press will unlock all other doors. Pushing the door panel switch sets all locks and unlocks all locks. pressing down the manual lock on the driver door will lock all doors. You are right that pulling it up only unlocks the driver door. I mentioned it only to confirm this too was functioning properly.
Other than the fob, do you have any thoughts?
Thanks again

Try reprogramming the remote transmitters.
