Default S2000 OEM radio

Looking for a fully functional OEM S2000 radio. My CD player quit working, and I’m not really wanting to buy an aftermarket head unit.

Let me know! Thanks!

bro just rip all your cds to a thumbdrive and buy an aftermarket stereo. theres absolutely no benefit to having the lame *** factory stereo
the sound is not even that good

oem stereo: cd player 20watt of power at best. lamest eq ever bass/treble thats about it

aftermarket: 20 watt of power , but. 5-20 band EQ with full DSP, cd usb aux sat radio digital radio bluetooth pandora spotify 3 way crossover sub output amp output. etc

theres literally zero reason to keep oem radio

pioneer radios have an option to output bridged speaker output through rear channels which you can use to power a small subwoofer and 2 front speakers

sony stereos are 50watt RMS per channel with a digital amp. which is double the normal power

there are plenty of stereos you can pick from and make it look very close to oem radio if yo u want

jvc, sony ,clarion, alpine, kenwood, pioneer,

Thanks for the information. But honestly, I’d rather just find an OEM radio.

you can also buy a "kit" that is not intrusive, it plugs into the antenna in the back of your oem unit and will convert your headunit to bluetooth and hands free calling, its about 75 bucks. i bought one-easy to install and works fine, sorry I cannot remember the name of it.

Yeah I’ve seen the kit where you can run an AUX cord from behind as well. I may have to go that route if I can’t find one in the next few weeks.

any single din stereo from honda/acura with the blue plug will fit there

honda accord and honda element is identical radio except black face instead of silver

is there a reason you want oem radio? just curious

Honestly just wanting to keep it as close to original as possible. I know there’s better quality stereos available, but with this car I’d prefer to keep things OEM. However it seems like I’ll probably be going aftermarket in the near future since I haven’t had much luck looking around several websites.
