1996 Honda cr-v e-rd1 cuts off

My Honda CR-V cuts off 5-minutes starting the engine.
I can start the engine after waiting for another 30minutes.

Has anyone has the same problem like this?

Check engine on? Sounds like it could be ICM or possible coil.
