Default 07 SI wont stay running

starts fine but wont stay running.
like an idiot i put several parts on at one time instead of 1 at a time.
was completely stock with 228k. rebuilt trans
PARTS:
put on short ram intake(tried MAF both directions)
header and full sudo exhaust no cat.
change plugs.DENSO PK22PR11 not sure if these are right
deleted iaa
removed evap.
relocated battery to the back(done several times) no issues.
TSX throttle body with thermo gasket(put SI TB back on, no difference)
TB coolant bypass

so i cant get the codes checked. i don't have flashpro(which should have been first step but its the next purchase)
it starts. and runs if you feather throttle.
i bled the coolant already feathering throttle. up to full temp.
new plugs show its very rich. super black.
I'm doubting intake and exhaust are causing this. COOLANT ISSUE? i searched all the DIYS. i did it to the T. they say run the car to let it relearn the idle???
any ideas?

I put the battery back up front I put the stock intake back on I put the old plugs back in same issue.

I would love to just do the idle relearn but it won't stay running it sounds like a Subaru put you when you rev it up to for 5000 RPMs it sounds strong and it sounds even with no shaking or Miss

Semi off topic story for you: mustang owners were killing their engines after installing aftermarket headers because the egr was recirculating metal shavings etc back into the engine. Something to think about next time you buy parts.

Ur spark plugs are platinum stock is iridium but that might not matter

Okay so I limpd it to O'Reilly's. Evap secondary catalytic converter and throttle body they came up twice he deleted them and actually reset my TPS for me.
turn the car back on VSA and warning came back up limp mode again right away.
linked it all the way back home 20 miles an hour through back roads. I got home and just by curiosity I put the TSX throttle body back on and when I went to start it it started up fine and I did the idle relearn and now it's fine it seems so much faster than when I got it I don't know maybe from not driving it so much fun

It's really hard to help when you got some much stuff going on. The reason why nobody is helping is likely 'cause nobody would know where to start. But I would start with putting it back the way it originally was.
