Default Ac not working

2003 civic lx has a leak I replaced all o-rings. Stayed in vacuum I put charge on system has about 70psi both sides/ ac clutch not engaging. Tried to jump pressure switch that did nothing: I am not getting any power to the switch itself and no conductivity from switch to relay. What would be the best bet for me to do? I ran dtc trouble shooting and came back with code 11

check for power at the ac clutch connector with the ac on

and the pressure switch should only allow continuity to ground
