1997 accord front end shaking
I just bought a 97 accord and I've noticed soon as I start taking off the front wheels will shake and it does this at any speed. I'm just curious if it a balancing issue or could it be something else.
I would jack the front of the car up and check the suspension components to be on the safe side, but really my first thought would be outer tie rods or an improperly balanced tire issue. With tire on, Check 12 and 6 for play and 3 and 9, yank on components looking for side to vertical movement in the ball joints, etc. Have a close eye on those outer tie rods as that could cause the shaking you speak of.
Check tire wear - look to see if the tires are scalloped or have strange wear pattern. Also, check the rims for any flat spots. If all looks relatively good, balance the wheels. Harbor freight sells a cool little balance-r for 70 dollars if you are trying to DIY.

Verify tire pressure, err on the sidewall cold rating. Worn wheel bearing slop will be exacerbated with low tire pressure.
Verify lug nuts are correctly torqued, use a torque wrench.
Change front wheels to back.
If there is water in the tires from badly maintained compressors the tires will be hard to balance. Bounce the wheel and listen for sloshing.
