Hi i have a crx 1990 and i have 2 questions

iwant to know if i change this fuse box my (actual)

1º can i use for example the abs socket that doesnt have my car... for use for example the amplifier of the radio... by this way does eld work?¿

2º also is there anyway to add a new line after the eld (putting a fuse between the battery fuse and new line) so that this can read the intensity of this new line? how could i do? what wire do i have to use?
