No start and intermittent start

Recently purchased a 1991 Accord lx 2.2 and of course was told it had no issues and seemed good at the time. But after 3 weeks there is definitely an electrical issue. Issue- it won't start or will randomly fire and run perfect untill turned off. When it won't start I get in all lights are nice and bright. Turn key to acc and still all good. Then turn let to crank I get a single click then all power cuts out. All lights dim till they are alomst off, after 10-15 seconds the lights will go bright again. I checked the signal cable unhooked from starter and get a good 12.5v signal when unhooked and don't see the power loss. But when it's connected I get the single click and power loss for few seconds. Also had to push start it the other day to get home and it ran great but did notice every time I touched the brakes the guages would lose power drop to 0 then back up to correct speed. I'm at a total loss what to try next any help is appreciated! So far I've replaced; battery, starter, both positive and negative battery cables, main relay.
