Anyone recognize this connecting rod?

I’m wanting to buy these but I don’t know what hp they’re rated for they kind of look like the I beams that are stronger than h beams, but stock rods are also I beams. Here’s a link thanks for help identifying https://imgur.com/a/LwMfY

Cheap Ebay H22 connecting rods from a questionable vendor... buyer beware.

The fact that those rods have rust, I would not buy them. Just alone on the principal, the individual is trying to sell them is letting it have surface rust that bad on it.
