1991 ef hatch b18a1 obd1. Fuel and spark still no start. Advice ?
Hi been reading the forums for awhile now never needed to post because the search bar has been my best friend until recent. I bought a 1991 ef hatch with a b18a1 mated to a 91 ls trans, obd1 p75-a01, 1992 ls obd1 dizzy. 1000 dollar toy with all kinds of little goodies. Guy bought it and didn’t know how to work on cars so wen issues appeared from being modified he wanted to get rid of it. I bought it he told me a bunch of stuff tht was wrong with it. None of it was accurate. Fuel pump wiring was bad, main relay, cap,rotor, icm, coil, wires, spark plugs,radiator, thermostat, hoses, TPS sensor, map sensor, have all been changed. Compression cyl1-175, cyl2 145, cyl3-170, cyl4-120. I know compression isn’t good.Got it running for week fried an icm. Changed it out fired right up. Strong too. Did the same thing again. This time ran fine for a week but when I was almost home lost all power. Rpms jumped and reved crazy for sec and died again when I wud try and restart. Now it will just crank but not catch. Replaced icm, tested coil all good. Has spark and fuel pressure. Going to check timing today. I have been searching for 4days trying everything everyone with a similar problem did with no luck. I am on the verge of pulling everything out and starting my boost build. Do you think I should just do a tear down ?Am completely stumped any help would be much appreciated thanks! P.s wiring is kinda of a mess not to bad but a mess.

those compression numbers are fine
the problem i see is that you changed way too many things at once
witch also means thats your problem can be in a lot of places
i feel like we need to see some pictures of your set up
see what that wiring mess looks like
you cant start a boost build untill you get all the kinks sorted out first
see if you can post some picture man
im sure we can fiqure this out ^_-
