Default Need help!

I have a 95 ex coupe. And im having issues with the front passenger wheel area. When I release the clutch Theresa low growl and slight vibration. But it also does the same when stopping. I thought it maybe the granny but it does it when you are in neutral and are stopping. I do know it needs an alignment and possibly lower control arm bushings.
