So I've got a 98 prelude and today I noticed that when the keys are off and out of the ignition the windows and sun roof are still operational, and even after I open the driver door not sure if this year had power after key was off until door was opened. Any help to point me in the right direction is greatly appreciated, trying to bounce ideas

Remove under-dash Fuse No. 13 (15A) to see if there is still power to the windows and moonroof. If there still is power with that fuse removed, then the previous owner may have rewired separate power to those two circuits or there is a short in the circuits.
