I did some searching and it sounds like it will but I want to verify before I buy a wheel+tire combination from Tirerack and have it NOT FIT. I was considering both the Kosei K1 and K5R in 15x7.

I have a 98 GSR with the "big brake" conversion (Type R calipers, Mini rotors, TSX pads). I assume this would be exactly the same clearance as an actual Type R.

I really wanted the 15" Enkei RPF1 but those will definitely not fit.

 

I have the same brake set up with 949 wheels and I have to run a 3mm spacer to clear the caliper bracket.

 

Sorry for the necro bump but I was also having trouble finding confirmation on this. I can confirm that ET38 15x7 Kosei K1 do fit over the TypeR Caliper/Mini Rotor setup without any issues.
