Ek b swap exhaust

Ek b swap exhaust
I have an ek civic with a b18 and the header from the b18 is about 3 inches too short to mate up with the civic exhaust and the holes dont line up.. will an integra catback fit on the civic with no modification? Or do i need to buy a pipe to extend the header or exhaust
