As stated in the title, my integra has been recently rebuilt. Just oem spec, nothing too fancy. Problem is the is that now I'm experiencing a cold start idle issue. After the car has sat for a day or two it'll always start right up, however it won't idle by itself so I have to keep my foot on the gas till it warms up to temp. Once it gets to temp, it runs and will restart without issue as long as it's warm. If I take my foot off the gas while it's still cold it'll bog down and die. If this happens I can not get it started again for an hour or more. It'll turn over, just won't start up. I've adjusted the FITV, and removed/cleaned/reinstalled the IACV, even replaced coolant temp sensor to no avail. Still having problems. Any help appriciated, TIA.

 

Sounds like poor fuel delivery? I had this same problem in my 86... Different car I know, but I went through the same troubleshooting procedure. Ended up being the timing was off.. Also my CSI was bad (fuel pooled around the injector). Hope this helps.
