I searched around and could not find my exact issue so any advice appreciated.

Wipers work as expected with the exception of high.. The Intermittent works, Park is fine, and Regular speed is not an issue. It's only when I go to High that the wipers will go up to almost parallel and even with the steering wheel and stop. Once I switch them back to "Regular" or Intermittent they start working again. I was about to order a new motor but read through some other non-specific (Ford, Chevy, etc) forums and this looks to have specific fixes per model/make. I lean toward a relay issue, am I wrong?

Any advice in troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated..
