99 Accord Coupe Problems

99 Accord Coupe Problems
Hi Guys,
Just taken ownership of a '99 Accord coupe on 84k
I'll try and clear on these issues, here goes!
1. When the car is warm the revs drop right off and it cuts out when the clutch is depressed
2. Clutch bite point is very low
3. Feels like its seriously lacking power
My mechanic has done a smoke test and found nothing and also cleaned out the ICV, hes testing the clutch next btu after that he doesnt know where to look.
It has an after market vtec controller thats bright purple and looks trash, could it be that?
