Tailgate rattle - 2014 Odyssey EX-L

Tailgate rattle - 2014 Odyssey EX-L
There is a rattle in the tailgate of my 2014 Odyssey EX-L. It appears to be in the activator rod for the power lift. How do I remove the door trim to get at it? Is there a part to stop the loose movement?
