Hey guys, my 1997 Accord V6 has started to jerk a bit when changing gears.

At first I thought it was the transmission going, but I've been noticing that it still changes upshifts and downshifts correctly. Just not smoothly at low speeds.

It definitely jerks when upshift or downshift at low speed but not at high speeds. When changing gears from park to reverse or d4/d3, it has a 1 second gap then jerks slightly.

Is my transmission going or is it just my transmission mount?
