I found allot of leaves and stuff in the fan itself (sqirrel cage). Amazing what accumulated after years of service. Just unscrew from inside and clean. Replace and enjoy!

Thank you for your reply I took it apart and it turns out it had a dead rat stuck in the blower housing or cage im looking for a used one right now thank you
