Icon4 Lost electrical power while braking/using turn signals

Hello,

I have a 1992 Honda Accord DX, 74k miles, 5-speed. I just bought it so I have been driving around the city for maybe 15 minutes at a time and no issues at all.
The past two days I have been using it to commute to work, approx 35 mins back and forth and have started having issues. Note: Having these issues now immediately after car starts.

I noticed when I apply brakes, my speedometer/RPM gauges drop all the way to 0 and the dash lights dim/radio turns off. The radio will also turn off and on while driving if I'm using anything with additional power (turning signals, headlights, etc.)
It also took a significantly longer time to start this morning (5 seconds), but it could be on account to the sudden drop in temps this week.

Battery is new and no issues in my other Honda (swapped batteries so battery is ruled out).
No CEL codes or other warning lights.

Easy way to troubleshoot this? Grounding issue?
Hoping it isn't a major electrical issue. Have not yet had alternator tested but if there's things I can check before ripping the alt out I would like to do that first.
