Default 97 accord with p28

I just got a p28 chipped and I'm starting my turbo build but my question is, do I have to reflash the ecu from the civic tune? Because the car will not start with that ecu

Is your question, do I have to retune my car after putting a turbo in it?

If yes, then yes.
If no, then I don't understand the question.

I have a chipped p28 ecu and I installed into my 97 accord but it won't start but the ecu was tuned for a civic! Do I have to reflash the ecu for it to work in my accord?

So you have a p28, in an accord "tuned" for a civic. What engine is in your accord?
