This is my first Honda. I am pretty good when it comes to cars and consider myself a fairly decent mechanic. But this car has stumped me. It ran great when I bought it. I was driving back from Indiana and it started sputtering and acting like it wasn't getting enough spark. So I did a tune up on it with no results. It is now flooding and fouling the plugs. The codes I have are p0300,p0301,p0302,p0304,p1399, and p1491. Which is random misfires, and egr. The only thing I didn't replace is the coil but had it checked and it was good. I think I am gonna go on and replace it today but was just curious if I was chasing the wrong issue or what.
FYI I reset the computer when I was done with the tune.

 

normally when it's throwing that many codes the crank sensor assembly needs replacing and you can clean the area of the crank that it reads off of while you're at it
