One way is to use a new separate switch for the fog lights to send power (+) to the fog light. You can tap into the fog light relay located directly in the under-hood fuse/relay box or re-wire and use a new relay.

Your in-dash gauge fog-light indicator will not be displayed when you bypass the factory circuit which goes through a separate relay control module.

Any pictures of where to tie into the relay?
