I want to order a CRV suspension kit from eBay/USA but I have a RHD CRV and these kits are obviously made for the USA LHD market, though they do also sell what looks like the identical kits on eBay UK which is a RHD market.

My question is will the RHD and LHD versions of most vehicles use the same suspension parts apart from a few obvious parts like steering racks etc?
I'm assuming all the parts will fit but I'm just asking to be sure, you never know.

I'm not an expert, but I hate seeing threads go unanswered. For what it's worth, I've worked on a lot of Hondas (caveat: no RHD ones) and I don't see how there would be a difference unless maybe it's one of the older models with all wheel steering.

I can say that as tempting as that price is, with the amount of labor there will be changing all that, I would bite the bullet and order from a reputable brand name or OEM. A one year warranty won't cover your time or labor. For $100 for everything, there's no way there wasn't corners cut in material choices/machining tolerances/etc.

 

Thanks for the reply DumpdEJ6, I also can't see any reason why they would be LHD or RHD specific.
I'll be installing all of those bits myself and I'm assuming they'll be better than the near worn out OE parts in my CRV at the moment?

I'm in South Africa so there's not much choice available and those guys are about the only seller on eBay with the parts and willingness to ship to me.
The local aftermarket spares are very expensive in SA and probably the same quality, borderline Chinese grade stuff, genuine Honda parts are not even worth checking out, Honda prices here are insane.
