After my car has warmed up it will rev every other second. When the car is in drive and my foot is off the brake the car will get to about 25mph. when I'm driving the car randomly accelerates and decelerates. I have cleaned my the iacv and fitv and i replaced the tps and its calibrated but this idle problem persist please help!

 

you have a vacuum leak, you need to find the vacuum leak and fix it

 

Someones cleaning them doesn't help...
