Default 96 accord stumper

Hi guys, I got a 96 accord Lx f22b2(non-vtech). So, it turns over fine and is trying to fire, just won't. Checked compression, 190 all four cylinders, checked coil, nice bright spark, checked each plug wire, nice white spark. Checked fuel pressure at the banjo bolt, 60 lbs cranking(it won't start). I replaced plugs with Ngk5's as the old ones were really black and sooty.

It ran for like 30 seconds after new plugs, but it would only idle...would try to die when I gave any throttle. So, now, new plugs are black and sooty. It's almost like too much fuel? Pulled vacuum line off of regulator, no gas cane out. Ideas?

No, but it hasn't really ran. I did hook up my obd2 scanner and put on live data. Shows the ect is in the ballpark. Gonna try the coil tomorrow. See if swapping a new one makes any difference. It's sparking, just maybe not enough.

Fpr is out of the picture. I removed hose from side of rail(where it attaches to banjo bolt fitting). Hooked up my test gauge via banjo bolt fitting.

Changed out fuel filter, just cause it looked old. Removed the injector rail...to check if while cranking, injectors were shooting fuel. They were, I was worried maybe they were stuck open. But no. Tried new distributor and coil, separate and then together. Still no. Removed the valve cover to check timing marks...they appear dead on. I'm just about to give up on this thing, only thing I haven't really tried, is new fuel pump(still wondering how/why I got 60psi). Ideas?
