Default Jdm H22A crank position sensor and OBD2 to OBD1 helped

Hi I just bought an H22A in a 1997 Honda Accord 5 speed. The engine code is H22A S040440
it came with a p28a52 ecu along with OBD2 to OBD1 harness. As of right now it’s cranking but not starting. Fuel pump primes, I believe the problem is it’s not recieving crank position since while starting it the rpm remains at zero. It has the TD-60u distributor. I might take out the harness itself since it seems to be modified and hacked up. I might just take out the harness and make sure the modifications are correct but I can’t seem to find a jdm H22A harness schematics any helps or anyone with past experience would help thanks
