D16Y8 Turbo: Can one use Crower valvetrain with a Bisimoto level 2.4 cam?

So I currently have a crower stage 2 for my d16y8 with crower springs and retainers. Looking to grab the bisimoto level 2.4 cam but I can't find anything saying whether it will or will not fit. Can I still use the same springs and retainers with this cam?
