I have a 2000 Honda Accord Vtec 6 cylinder. The check engine light is on because of a Vtec solenoid. I bought the part and installed it in the car and the check engine light is still on. Was wondering if anyone could give me information of how to fix my car?

 

After replacing the part you should clear the code with a scan tool to make sure the computer has been cleared of the issue. If the problem comes back after clearing it, you want to check the wiring and connectors to make sure everything has been plugged in properly, thats a good start.
