Hey guys. Just came on board today. Bought a 2002 Civic EX with 120k and I have a water leak somewhere on the drivers side. Carpet is soaked. Exactly how do you remove the kick panel. I did a search and even youtube and couldn't find anything. Thanks.

 

I'm assuming you're talking about the curved plastic that encapsulates the hood release? If so, there are two clips: one towards the front of the car near the release, the other down on the bottom in the middle of the panel. Just pull it out to remove the clips, then slide it down out of the trim towards the top.
