2002 civic Si Hatchback fog light switch?

2002 civic Si Hatchback fog light switch?
As the tile states, should there a separate switch for the yellow OEM fogs or should they come on when the parking lights are turned on? Car was modified and lights do not work I'm just trying to figure out if the previous owner rigged something up differently.

Yes, there should be a separate switch for them. Though given that your car was modded, anything is possible. There are some good videos on YouTube of proper installations.
