Does anyone have info? I have a 04 civic 1.7 non vtec with a bad trans. I got a trans from a forgien salvage yard. the trans that came out is a BMXA and the one i got is a SLXA. They both have the same number of clicks for gear selection. All the plugs look the same. But my car is a canada car and the parts car is a japan built car. I will call toe salvage yard on monday but i just want to make sure this will work before i out it in. I cant have the check engine light on for emission testing. Please help.
